Centreless Grinding
3× Centreless Grinding machines (Parishudh & Bhagwan Sons — 5" and 3") for precise diameter control. Super Finish Machine (2024) for superior surface quality. Grind Master polishing for mirror finishes.
Analytical Lab
In-house bath solution analysis for Hexavalent & Trivalent Chromium, Sulphate, and Acid/Alkali concentrations. External tie-ups with M/s. Micro Labs and M/s. Atotech India for NSS, CASS, Adhesion, Micro Crack, and Hardness testing.
Quality Inspection
Profile Projector, Mitutoyo Surface Roughness Tester, Height Gauge, Magnifier, Coating Thickness Meter (Minicont M). Line Inspectors and Final Inspectors at every stage of production.
